Via Microsoft Word files. When your order is completed, download information for the Word files will be included on the Thank You Page. Simply download the Word file for the item(s) you purchased, enter your information in the file, and email it to us. If you werent returned to the Thank You Page after your order was completed, check your email for instructions on how to access the download page.

If you dont have Microsoft Word, we recommend a good free program that you can use to open and edit Word files. You can download it for free at http://www.openoffice.org
+ Can I Change the Wording on the Template?
Absolutely. Text on any template can be changed to fit your needs. Keep in mind that you will need to try to keep the number of lines used close to the same number of lines on the template. If you need additional lines or a fewer number of lines, we may have to adjust the type size to fit the page correctly.
+ Im having a hard time getting the alignment straight on my program template, what do I do?
Customize the template to the best of your ability. When your customized template is received, margins, tabs, leaders, etc. will be adjusted if needed. We will make sure that your program has a professional quality layout and will send an email PDF proof for your approval. This service is at no additional cost to our customers.
+ What Type of Printing Is Used?
All items on this site will be printed on high resolution color laser printers. If you order printed envelopes, the will be printed via offset press.
+ Do You Ship to International Locations?
At the present time, we are shipping only to locations in the United States and US Territories.
+ What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Priority Mail is usually 2-3 business days and Express Mail is 1-2 business days to locations in the USA.
+ What is the Turnaround Time?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after PDF proofs are approved by the customer.
+ How Long Does it Take to Receive My PDF Proof(s)?
PDF proofs are sent the day of or the next business day after receiving Word files from the customer.
+ I Didnt Receive my PDF Proof(s) - Why?
It is possible that your spam filter has caught our email. Please whitelist or allow email to be received from orders@cheapinvitationsfast.com If you have not received your proof(s) after 2 business days, please call us at 1-800-201-1705 so we can check on it for you.
+ Are Envelopes Included With Invitations?
Yes, blank envelopes are included with every order. If you would like the return address printed on the envelopes, there is a $15 charge for any quantity. If you order invitations and reply cards and want the return address printed on both envelopes, the charge would be $30 for any quantity. All printed envelope orders will be printed in black ink.
